POLICY Please arrive 15 minutes prior to start of the workshop and/or intensive. We will begin promptly at the start time. WAITLIST POLICY: If a spot opens up and you are on the waitlist, you will be notified via email or phone call. Payment confirms your spot. You may also show up the day of the workshop. If there is an open spot, it will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you need to cancel within 48 hours or less, you will either get a credit or a refund, depending on circumstances. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. DISCLAIMER Workshops are scheduled in advance. If there are changes with the casting director's schedule or the shows they work on, we cannot be held responsible. We will get you as much information as quickly as we can if there are any changes. If casting directors have to cancel unexpectedly we will inform you ASAP and reschedule. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All information is current as of when the Casting Director is booked for the workshop. We are not responsible for casting directors changing offices/projects. You may cancel this contract and obtain a full refund, without any penalty or obligation, if notice of cancellation is given, in writing, within 10 business days from the date of contract or the date on which you commence utilizing the services under the contract, whichever is longer. However, this is not an audition or a job interview. The presence of a casting director is neither a promise nor a guarantee of employment. Attending a workshop is not a way to obtain employment as an actor or actress. The intent of the class is solely educational. Any contact that you may have with a casting director at a workshop rarely results in any further contact with that casting director or any company affiliated with that casting director. We are prohibited by law from offering or attempting to obtain auditions or employment for you.
